Serves 4 as a main
In a large pot, cook the pasta. In the last 5 minutes, add broccoli and cook until bright green and tender.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, lemon zest and juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
At the same time, heat pasta sauce in a small pot.
Fry bacon and then toss all ingredients together in the pot well to combine.
Serve sprinkled with finely grated Edam cheese.
